We’re trying to think warm thoughts here in central Illinois these days. As I’ve been getting into the car each morning, I’ve been saying a little prayer that hopefully the car will start again, so that I can get to school. I’ve left the vast majority of our blog writing up to Brett, partly because he’s a much better writer than I, and also because I have just felt so busy lately! One of the most enjoyable parts of the busyness has been reading “Inside Out” by Larry Crabb. An assignment we have for International Teams training is to read, work through a workbook, and discuss each chapter in this text with a mentor- and it has been such a joy to discuss with a friend, and also a good reflection to work through so far. Granted, we’re only on chapter two – but, it’s been really interesting to realize some things already, about myself that I could and should work to change.
