After 2 1/2 months in America, it’s time to lose some weight! So, I’ve set a goal: lose 30 pounds by my 30th birthday (October 31, 2010). I’ve got a strategy: P90X fitness program along with some good old fashion jogging (getting ready for this 10K). Plus, I have the world greatest workout partner: my wonderful wife, of course.
So, it begins today. We kicked things off last night with a brownie indulgence, and now we’re ready to get serious. We’ll keep you updated!
