Our team has two retreats each year.  Our fall retreat is all business (vision casting, strategic planning, etc.)… but our spring retreat is just about connecting and equipping: connecting with God and each other; getting equipped for effective ministry.  This year we found a hotel about 90 minutes outside of Athens on the island of Evia, which rests just off the mainland of Greece.  A local pastor – Georgios Adam – taught on Friday and Saturday mornings from the first chapter of Colossians: the supremacy and sufficiency of Christ.   Very encouraging.  Very challenging. The afternoons were filled with fellowship time, excursions into the surrounding towns, games, reading, or just some time by the pool.  Very relaxing.  We thank God for this time together and pray that it continues to draw us nearer to Him and closer to one another.  Below, our team as of May 31st (plus some interns and guests).
