I love Easter.  As a kid, Easter seemed dull compared to the toys and glitter of Christmas.  But now, each year my love and appreciation of Easter grows – especially as I’ve been able to experience Easter in Greece, where Easter is remembered with a depth that puts that silly Bunny to shame!  Although we missed out on the midnight Easter service (Easter is traditionally rung-in with fireworks at midnight as Sunday morning comes), we had a great Easter this year!   We dyed and hid eggs around the house for the girls – with plenty of chocolate.  We worshipped the risen King with a group of refugee believers.  We had a roof-top Greek-style Easter lunch (lamb, kokoretsi and more!!) with a few families from our church.  Here are a few pictures from our Easter celebrations.  Enjoy!
